Nobody at Nankai Academy believes the fall from a rooftop that killed one of their teachers was really an accident. Four of her students — Masayoshi, Daisuke, Mitsuru, and Shinya — are grieving, angry, and not willing to let it go. When they find her planner marked with the names of seven female students on the night she died, things get a lot more complicated than a simple accident. This 2-episode OVA from Y.O.U.C. leans hard into the mystery setup before pulling the rug out from under you with its horror elements. The school setting feels suffocating in the right way — there's a sense that everyone is hiding something and the deeper these guys dig, the worse it gets. It's adapted from a visual novel, and that shows in how it builds tension through character perspective and psychological unease rather than action. The atmosphere is genuinely unsettling rather than just edgy for shock value. If you've watched something like Bible Black or Discipline: The Record of a Crusade and wanted the plot to carry a little more weight, this scratches that itch. Fans of Night Shift Nurses who appreciate when a dark title actually commits to a coherent narrative thread will find something worth their time here.
