This episode felt more serious. Ringo learned about Himari and the strange hat. The penguins were still funny and the family scenes were nice too.

I don't like this episode, there is no progression and the plot feels stuck. The focus here is repetitive and uncomfortable for me. Well I do like the visual metaphor for the background characters but the lack of momentum here made feel that its just not it.
