The thoughts of Mikoto and Sally are totally different- and this explains why Mikoto always had that hatred towards other species. Also, this episode well portrayed about developing empathy towards demihumas! Overall, pretty good lore episode

This ep is a total reality check and the racial tension between humans and demi-humans is getting heavy. We finally get the lore and character depth needed to understand why Miko’s ideals are so tough to pull off in this world.
