A fresh twist to the story of Momotaro and also animated beautifully too. The hook is great and plays well with anime tropes.
This ep is a total bloodbath and the twist on the classic Momotaro myth is wild. We finally get the lore and character depth needed to see how dark Sally and Mikoto's world actually is. Even if the initial princess tropes felt a bit mid and the pacing dragged before the action kicked in, the demon-slaying vibes are fire.
The first half felt boring. Had slow pacing and wasn't much happened. BUT pacing and intensity picked up after second half and I was just mind-blown! Sally is just 🥶.Special note(from my side): Watch the series in chronological order to understand the story(if you watch as usually listed in the site, you might get confused!)
