Short, lovesick, and hopelessly smitten with his senior, Tamao Tsukamu has spent what feels like forever pining over Kiritani Konome, a kendo club member who is beautiful, skilled, and unfortunately already engaged to the massive student council president. Not great odds. But when Kiritani personally invites Tamao to join the yearbook committee, he figures it's at least a chance to get closer to her. What he doesn't expect is that this "yearbook" project involves collecting some very unofficial photographs from female students for a very secretive parallel edition. And just like that, Tamao's quiet crush turns into a chaotic series of increasingly awkward situations he absolutely did not prepare for. The setup is genuinely funny — Tamao's nervous, stumbling reactions carry a lot of the comedy, and the show gives him enough personality that you're actually rooting for the guy rather than just watching him stumble through scenes. The art style leans warm and vibrant with thick outlines that give it a distinct, slightly retro feel. For a 6-episode OVA from 2012, it puts more effort into character dynamics and story progression than you'd expect from the genre. If you enjoyed the comedic energy of Resort Boin or the lighthearted setup of Nudist Beach, this hits a similar tone — playful, character-driven, and not taking itself too seriously. It's not reinventing anything, but it's a competently made hentai OVA with actual comedic timing and a protagonist worth following.
