Patema Inverted Episode 1: Episode 1

This was such a fun watch for me. I really loved the world-building in this anime, as it completely drew me in and made the setting feel believable and immersive. The pacing was a bit slow at times, but the way the story was told through two different perspectives more than made up for it. I also loved how tense every scene felt as it almost made me feel like I had acrophobia myself. The twist at the end was phenomenal, and what made it even better was that it didn't feel forced at all. The clues were there from the beginning, making the reveal feel both surprising and well-earned.

It's a film with a touching story about people from completely different backgrounds. There's not much comedy, but plenty of drama, and each scene is accompanied by great background music.

This unique sci-fi film uses opposite gravity to tell an exciting story. With its great world-building , characters, and surprises, it is a must-watch anime.
