From a visual and production standpoint, the collaboration between Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ delivers a vibrant cyber-funk aesthetic packed with pop colors. Its premiere action sequence is crafted with slick choreography and the signature absurd humor of creator Masamune Shirow (creator of Ghost in the Shell).

Episode 1 is a perfectly weird, upbeat start to a very weird show . It establishes the world, introduces a cast of quirky characters, and throws them into immediate action. Nene is an endearing protagonist, and Clarion is the perfect grumpy foil. The plot is fast-paced and doesn't take itself seriously, which is a good thing because the mechanics of the Pandora Device are still a bit of a mystery.

The plot was kind of messed up a little bit, but I could still understand the purpose of this anime. The action got fast-paced after the middle of the episode, but the delivery was kind of bad. Most of the funny parts felt forced and a lot of it was cringe. Overall, it left a bad impression, but still need to watch to understand the main plot.
