📖 SYNOPSIS
Dr. Octo, a scientist obsessed with octopuses, plots to replace humanity with the eight-legged creatures, deeming them a superior species. His plan involves taking Sumire Hoshino, a popular idol singer, hostage. Unbeknownst to Mitsuo Suwa, he is Perman #1, and Sumire Hoshino is his Perman partner, Perman #3. Mitsuo, unaware of her secret identity but deeply fond of the idol, is enraged by her capture. Driven by his affection, he transforms into Perman #1 to rescue her. However, he soon discovers that battling a giant octopus is a far more formidable challenge than he anticipated. The film explores themes of heroism, love, and the unexpected difficulties of fighting a villain with a tentacled army.
