My heart went out to Brain because he is still clearly struggling with Gazef being gone but seeing him train those kids is a nice change of pace

The political setup in this episode was actually great even though there was no fighting. Watching Philip act like he is some secret genius while being the dumbest man alive is hilarious and Albedo looked stunning in her envoy outfit. Hilma looked like a literal ghost though and that lore about what she went through is dark as hell.

The contrast between his arrogance and the absolute terror Hilma feels is so sharp. Then you have Renner playing everyone like a fiddle and it really exposes how corrupt the kingdom is
