An uplifting episode, all the struggles paid off and its exactly what you would normally see in a cycling race. The writers did good minus all the flashbacks. This is one of the few good episode in this anime.

Absolute great payoff for the main cast and especially for the main character, all the while exploring the symbolism of bicycle for each of them. I love how much Yuki is full of contradiction, being so dismissive while acting as if she is the goal line. In a way, she's putting her hope and expectation on Shinozaki even without her realizing it.
