Kayaknya ini jadi episode yang favorit so far 👌🏻👌🏻. Ga nyangka kalau flashback story-nya Yamato justru menarik banget, dan sekarang jadi lebih jelas kalau motivasinya dia bukan cuma buat ngalahin Yousuke doang. Nice niceee 👌🏻
All those flashbacks are getting pretty annoying, it's like they have a backstory to almost everything. If the writers could've just focused on the adventure ahead instead to those unnecessary flashbacks, they could've deliver a decent cycling sports anime.
Of all things I imagined, Yamato being a child gangster is the farthest thing I imagined. I didn't think an old school anime would subvert expectation like that. Gotta give kudos for that. His backstory was unique yet heartwarming and managed to make me want to root for him, as all flashback often does.
