Though I'm sad there's not more episodes, this is a beautiful conclusion to a well-loved series. We truly see how all of the host club members have developed, and how they've learned to be more authentic (instead of just a certain "type"). And, honestly? The carriage scene will stay one of my favorites forever!

Peak rom-com reverse harem anime! Had me giggling throughout the whole run. Every character has a personality and backstory worth caring about. The last two episodes diverge from the original manga but pull off a good enough open-ended conclusion. Going to miss this show badly. Still waiting here at Music Room #3...

So, it just ended like that? This episode has an open ending for S2 but as of today, there's still none. The animation on Haruhi and Tamaki jumping off was perfect, even the music and OST drop was amazing. Just not completely satisfied with how it ended, just felt it was rushed.

Every scene in this episode had me on edge, especially with how quickly everything unfolded. The soundtrack really added to the tension and made everything feel more uplifting. The ending felt bittersweet to me, I really wish we could’ve seen a bit more of what happens after.

Love this anime. One of my childhood anime. Love how the mc isn't the 'shy and cute' act type. She's strong and funny and also the ml's r so funny. Not your typical reverse harem anime.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 26 is the direct resolution to the crisis introduced in Episode 25, where Tamaki's potential departure to France threatened to dissolve the Host Club entirely. This finale serves as the emotional and narrative climax of the entire season, bringing full closure to the character dynamics and relationships that have been building across all 26 episodes. As the series' conclusion, it's designed to reward long-time viewers with a definitive statement on what the Host Club truly means to its members.
