Bravo! Mon ami! Suoh is just so genuinely lovable you can't help it. Nobody can resist him, even the Shadow King. Watching how their friendship bloomed makes sense now. It's the black cat and golden retriever energy. The painting symbolism about never limiting yourself inside the frame at the end felt so powerful. Great episode for understanding Kyouya.

This was rather an intense one. The backstory of Kyoya was emotional and the pacing was slow burn. The tone of the plot was interesting, added by the unbothered Tamaki. The hype was slowed down after the last two wild eps. Great soundtrack particularly when Suoh first met Kyoya.

I love how this episode showed more of Kyoya Ootori’s past. It really highlights how he grew up having to think strategically about relationships, rather than forming genuine ones. It makes his relationship with Tamaki feel a lot more meaningful.
