This episode was well crafted because it didn't force the drama. It gradually showed how the past and personal insecurities affect Ryuto and Runa's current relationship. Because of this, their actions and emotions became more realistic.
Miisunderstandings begin to creep into the relationship. I feel like the emotional tension was handled nicely, and it actually made me care more about it.
The events of this episode felt a bit rushed. I think I would've preferred at least two episodes for the reveals. Also, I'm getting a little tired of Marin making a huge issue when it comes to Maria and taking it up with Ryuuto for some reason. Only to forgive him completely towards the end. Nice conclusion, but the tension resolution method is getting repetitive. I also liked Akira's perspective on confessions - it's also difficult and painful for the person receiving them, so don't go shooting your shot aimlessly.
