Synopsis

Protecting Orihime Kasahaya, heiress to a massive corporation, is Hisoka Yūki's one job. The catch is that Orihime attends an elite all-girls school, Saint Ceral Girls' Academy, which means Hisoka has to enroll as a girl himself to stay close. It's a crossdressing bodyguard premise with a school-life backdrop, and the tension comes from Hisoka trying to blend in, earn trust, and keep his real identity buried while navigating the social ecosystem of a prestigious girls' school. This is a two-episode OVA from 2022, based on a visual novel in the Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru series, and it carries the same DNA as its predecessors, the emphasis on character dynamics, the gradual warmth between Hisoka and the students around him, and the low-key identity themes running underneath the lighter surface moments. If you're already familiar with the original Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru or its follow-up Futari no Elder, this picks up that same tone and setting style, just with a new cast and bodyguard twist added in. If you enjoyed Maria†Holic's crossdressing-in-an-all-girls-school setup but wanted something with more warmth and less chaos, this leans closer to that end of the spectrum. It's a short watch, so expectations should be calibrated accordingly: this is character setup and atmosphere more than anything else, with the hentai content layered into that framework.
