The atmosphere in this episode is wholesome and exciting. Besides that, the interaction between Takuya, Amane and Ijichi is getting more adorable. The pacing is just right but the plot hasn't really progressed much yet. This episode feels more like a build up for what is to come in the next episode.

Watching Takuya stuck in the library again while the girls are being stars is so depressing. This festival arc needs to end soon because the same insecurity is happening every single week

Takuya being in his head about the social castes made me feel so bad for him when he was hiding in the library

Kotoko describing her ideal guy and accidentally describing Takuya perfectly made me laugh so hard and then she just panicked and screamed about Omurice to change the subject but I think seeing Takuya depressed in the library at the end really killed the mood because he just cannot see how much these girls actually adore him right now

It felt like the same episode as last week with the main guy wondering if he belongs with the popular girls and you just want him to look at the photos on his phone and realize they care

Those girls skipping that huge rock concert just to have a tiny party in the classroom with Seo was so sweet and it proves they value his company way more than being popular

I am tired of Takuya acting like a total bummer, because the girls are doing everything to show they want him around and seeing him mope in the library felt like a step backward

Amanesan going full archery mode just to win that rare gacha figure for Takuya was such a great scene and it shows how much she actually pays attention to his hobbies even when he feels invisible

You can really tell the festival arc is dragging now since Takuya is having the exact same insecure thoughts for the third week in a row and nothing really moved forward today besides some snacks and soda

It is obvious the show is stalling for time when we get a third festival episode in a row and the main guy is still having the same internal crisis

My chest felt so heavy watching Takuya hide in the library while the girls were literally turning down every other guy just to find him and he still thinks he is dragging them down

My heart actually hurt when Seo called that old photo a treasure and it is so clear why Kotoko is falling for him even if he is too insecure

Amanesan struggling with the bitter tea was hilarious and made the traditional ceremony scene worth watching after all that slow build up

The younger brothers getting flustered by the high school girls was a cute distraction, and seeing them follow Sayu around was a nice break from the main drama

Another episode of Seo feeling like he does not belong even though the girls literally skipped the biggest concert of the year just to drink soda on the floor with him

Every guy at the festival got rejected for the fireworks and it just shows how much the girls value their time with Seo over being popular

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 11 arrives as the penultimate chapter, following a season spent gradually deepening the unlikely bond between otaku Takuya and the two gals, Kei and Kotoko. What began as a comedic premise has accumulated enough emotional groundwork that this episode can lean into resolution-building rather than setup. It exists primarily to clear the runway for the finale, tightening unresolved threads so Episode 12 can land with full impact.
