I love that they explore the fear of change for both sides of Koito and Elda's relationship. This builds up to a ritual scene and that fear of change made the scene mean much more. This episode felt very grounded as it balances Koito's school stress with Elda's worries, it really gives both characters equal room to develop. The facial animations here were also fantastic in portraying what the characters are feeling without saying anything. The music is also fantastic, it adds weight onto scenes especially the ritual scene without being too dramatic.
