Ichimatsu, the antisocial Matsuno brother, secretly loves cats and Jyushimatsu, while despising Karamatsu.

Juushimatsu: The goofy, perpetually smiling fifth brother, a bit naive but always cheerful.

Osomatsu Matsuno: The oldest Matsuno sextuplet, a lazy but strong leader with a penchant for trouble.

Choromatsu Matsuno
Choromatsu, the sensible Matsuno brother, often plays the straight man but still joins his brothers' antics, especially when cute girls are involved.

Todomatsu Matsuno
The youngest Matsuno, Todomatsu is a two-faced girly-boy who often acts as the straight man, catchphrase: "todo no tsumari".
