This episode reminding me of Vinland Saga farm. The visuals amd feels were the same particularly that countryside house. Hence, the OP and art style were incredibly great, similar to AoT vibes. The plot and the VAs were intense, thrilling, with a bit of creepiness overflowing.

Episode Context

Picking up directly from Rafal's first encounter with Hubert in episode one, this installment transforms initial curiosity into genuine internal conflict, a critical emotional foundation for the long 25-episode journey ahead. It functions as the second beat of the early arc, deepening the Rafal-Hubert dynamic before subsequent episodes put Rafal's emerging convictions under real pressure. Still very much in setup territory, but the kind of setup that makes everything after it matter.
