Yep definately things started to building up here. small interactions between certain characters makes this episode surprisingly engaging despite the lack of major progress to the story.

Episode Context

Following Episode 1's premise-setting introduction of the letter from the future, Episode 2 shifts from setup to execution as Naho begins actively trying to change her behavior based on her future self's warnings. This early-season episode establishes the emotional and interpersonal dynamics, particularly between Naho and Kakeru, that will drive the remaining eleven episodes toward the series' central questions about friendship, fate, and redemption.
