Toki telling Oden she would divorce him if he stayed behind was such a powerful move and she really knew that he needed to see the end of the world for himself

Episode Context

This episode represents the emotional climax of the Oden flashback arc, following directly from the Roger Pirates' journey across the Grand Line and their relentless push toward the final island. Everything prior, Roger's rivalry with Whitebeard, Oden's decision to join the crew, the Poneglyphs, has been building to this singular destination. What follows will shift focus back toward Oden's fate in Wano and the devastating consequences that ripple forward into the present timeline.
