That scene where Oden is getting dragged through the ocean behind the ship for three days is just wild and it really shows his insane level of determination

Getting to see the young versions of the Whitebeard crew, especially Marco, was a nice bit of history and it makes the whole Wano flashback feel so much more connected

I keep thinking about how Oden didn't even hesitate to attack Whitebeard and that massive shockwave when their weapons hit showed just how much power he had

It is actually unreal how Oden treats the strongest pirate in the world like a ferry service and just charges in without any fear. Seeing him survive being dragged through the ocean for three days and then immediately helping Toki shows he is a different breed and the animation for that massive shockwave earlier made the whole fight feel huge

Whitebeard being in his prime was such a treat and the way the animation handled that first clash made the whole island look like it was going to explode

Oden holding onto a chain in the freezing water for three days really stuck with me and that smile at the end was just pure charisma

it is wild how people in wano really think the world is just five islands, so oden wanting to leave that tiny bubble and see the ocean makes total sense

oden getting dragged through the ocean behind the ship for three days just to prove he belongs on the crew is the most stubborn thing anyone has ever done in this story

those two blades colliding and sending shockwaves through the air looked incredible and it really showed off the massive gap between oden and everyone else he has fought before
