EPISODE REVIEWS

Episode Context

Episode 890 functions as a critical narrative bridge between the politically charged Reverie arc and the massive Wano Country arc that follows. The previous episode wrapped up the Reverie's world-stage discussions, and this installment pivots to ground-level storytelling by catching up with Marco and establishing his circumstances, context that becomes directly relevant as the Wano saga unfolds. It's a deliberate transition point, seeding character threads that will pay off in the episodes ahead.
