EPISODE REVIEWS

Brook and Chopper heading back to the Sunny to fight alone was such a huge moment since they usually just hide and Brook playing his guitar while Katakuri just watches him was weirdly funny

Episode Context

Coming off Episode 846's momentum where Nami's tactical use of Zeus bought the crew breathing room, this episode deepens the strategic chess match against Big Mom by spotlighting Sanji and Pudding's evolving dynamic and forging alliances that will prove essential in the arc's climax. It sits firmly in the escape phase of the Whole Cake Island arc, bridging the gap between the wedding chaos and the crew's ultimate plan to flee Big Mom's territory. The groundwork laid here, particularly around Pudding and Chiffon, directly sets up the critical confrontations and collaborative efforts that define the arc's final stretch.
