I was genuinely shaking during the last few seconds of the timer and I was so stressed when Luffy finally appeared right when Doflamingo was about to kill Viola

Episode Context

This episode lands at the absolute boiling point of the Dressrosa arc's climax, directly following the desperate efforts to halt Doflamingo's Birdcage in 'As Long as We Breathe! Stop the Deadly Birdcage!' The countdown structure signals that the endgame is here, with every character pushed to their limit. It feeds directly into 'Attack on a Celestial! Luffy's King Kong Gun of Anger!', positioning this as the final breath before the arc's definitive payoff.
