That look on Doflamingo's face as the commoners tortured him and his family was chilling; I felt a strange mix of horror for what was happening to them and a grim realization of how he got so twisted. It's hard to reconcile that brutal past with the monster he is now, but it definitely makes me see his motivations a little differently.
