Usopp basically predicting what Mansherry looks like with his drawing is such a funny touch and it makes the whole search feel like his lies are just reality catching up to him

Franky and Senor Pink are basically having the most hardboiled contest in history and seeing them trade blows with such ridiculous attacks is strangely one of the best parts of this arc
monk_mijah_301's avatar

Robin taking care of business while everyone else is distracted by the chaos shows why she is the most reliable person on the crew

That kiss between Franky and Senor Pink caught me totally off guard but it fits their weird hardboiled energy so well and I just want to see how this fight ends

Franky and Senor Pink fighting with diaper bombs and nipple lights is exactly the kind of weirdness that keeps me watching, and I can't believe they actually kissed in the middle of a battle

The pacing in Dressrosa is really starting to get to me because they stretched out so many small moments and it felt like hardly anything happened this week besides the Mansherry reveal
trunks_traveler_85's avatar
trunks_traveler_85
How did Usopp draw Mansherry perfectly before seeing her because that man has some weird foresight with his lies and it makes you wonder what else he said that might actually be real later
twili_287's avatar

Mansherry being a captive healer explains why Doflamingo was so desperate to keep her hidden and it adds a lot of pressure to the rescue mission now that her location is confirmed

It is honestly getting hard to watch when the pacing is this slow, because nothing actually happens for ten minutes at a time and that scene with the horse getting its head bit was way too much, and it felt totally unnecessary for the story and I just want to see Zoro actually finish his fight with Pica instead of more random filler scenes
zerotwofan's avatar

The respect between Franky and Senor Pink mid fight is honestly great since they both understand what it means to be manly and hardboiled

corkus_the_cynic_192
Mansherry looks adorable, but her crying is constant and I really want to know what Doflamingo wants and she seems like a total brat for refusing to walk, even in a crisis

Franky and Senor Pink just punching each other in the face while standing still is the most ridiculous thing ever. It somehow feels like the manliest trade of blows in the factory
hoho_hurricane's avatar

Senor Pink using diaper bombs is the kind of stuff you only see in this show and it rules and the hardboiled energy between him and Franky is the only thing that matters
soifong_stinger's avatar

franky using the factory manager as a literal weapon to headbutt senor pink is the most ridiculous fight tactic and only he could pull that off
hange_hero's avatar

The Nipple Light Special had me laughing so hard because Franky and Senor Pink are both so weird and hardboiled and they actually have so much respect for each other and it makes the fight hilarious

Usopp drawing a perfect picture of the princess without ever seeing her is such a classic bit and he and Kanjuro make a great comedy duo and their scenes were a nice break

i need to know what mansherry can actually do if doflamingo is keeping her locked up like that and king riku sounded so worried about her being used

You can tell they are stretching the manga pages to the limit and it makes the pacing feel sluggish and skipping half the episode is basically a requirement because of all the filler scenes

matsumoto_melon_467
Doflamingo keeping Mansherry locked up must mean her power is something huge. She might be the reason the factory workers are still going
cattleya_baudelaire's avatar
cattleya_baudelaire
Franky and Senor Pink are the most hardboiled men on the planet and their fight is the highlight of the week and watching them just stand there and take hits is so manly

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off Episode 692's focus on Zoro's clash with Pica and Robin's group pushing forward, this episode widens the battlefield by spotlighting Franky's factory assault and the Tontatta rescue operation — two critical fronts in the allied offensive against the Donquixote Pirates. It deepens the Dressrosa arc's multi-layered siege structure, establishing key confrontations and emotional stakes that will escalate as the crew's coordinated attack on Doflamingo's empire continues to unfold.
