Episode Context

Deep into the Dressrosa saga, this episode follows the Colosseum revelations and escalating factional conflicts, pushing the political and military tensions to a breaking point as multiple Straw Hat-aligned fronts engage Doflamingo's network simultaneously. It builds directly on the power dynamics established in prior episodes while laying critical groundwork for the tournament's final round and the broader all-out war brewing across the island. The Fujitora-Doflamingo dynamic introduced here becomes a key thread that shapes the arc's endgame.
