I still cannot believe Luffy was that thick because why would he think Zoro just turned into a villain over some meat and hospitality. Seeing them ignore those Baroque Works agents like they were bugs was hilarious since Mr 5 literally uses his boogers as bombs. Nami having to punch some sense into both of them was the only way it could end

Episode Context

Coming directly out of the Whiskey Peak chaos where Zoro single-handedly dismantled a town of bounty hunters, this episode deals with the fallout and fractured trust within the crew before they can move forward together. It bridges the gap between the Whiskey Peak encounter and the crew's deeper entanglement with Baroque Works, effectively setting the stage for the long Alabasta saga. The internal conflict here makes the crew's eventual unity against the threats ahead feel earned rather than assumed.
