That Aokiji entrance was epic. I knew it was him, so excited to see him again. Glad that all the strawhats discussed their plans for once. Felt super bad for Smoker, Doflamingo was doing serious damage. Love the new fits.

Doflamingo didn't even lift a finger, just unleashed that terrifying Conqueror's Haki, and I swear, I could almost feel the pressure through the screen. Seeing everyone just drop like flies around him with that black lightning flashing, it really solidified for me just how monstrously powerful this guy is and what a massive uphill battle the Straw Hats have ahead.

Smoker just cannot catch a break these days, and seeing him get turned into a pincushion by Doflamingo before Kuzan stepped in was brutal to watch

Episode Context

Sitting at the critical junction between the Punk Hazard arc's conclusion and the Dressrosa arc's opening, this episode deals with the immediate fallout of the Straw Hats' alliance with Law and their direct challenge to Doflamingo's operations. It follows the crew's departure from Punk Hazard and establishes Doflamingo as a far more dangerous and proactive antagonist than anything they've recently faced, setting the foundation for one of One Piece's longest and most consequential arcs.
