I always thought the ancient weapons were just going to be giant ships or cannons like Pluton, so finding out Shirahoshi is actually Poseidon is a massive shock. Seeing Robin figure it out from that Poneglyph was so cool and it makes me wonder how Luffy is going to fit into that apology letter from Joy Boy eventually.
