Her death caught me so off guard, even knowing it was coming from the manga; I truly wasn't ready for how much the voice acting and music would elevate the tragedy. My chest ached watching that scene, knowing the ripple effect it'd have on her kingdom.

Episode Context

Sitting deep within the Fish-Man Island arc's extended flashback, this episode is the turning point, everything before it built Otohime's dream, and everything after it deals with the fallout.
