EPISODE REVIEWS

Wiper is such a beast for wanting to light that fire again and his resolve for the Shandorians is intense and he does not care who gets in his way

Episode Context

Coming off Chopper's rescue and the reveal of Gan Fall's true identity, this episode serves as the crucial bridge between exploration and all-out war in the Skypiea arc. It provides the historical foundation for the Shandia's motivations, transforming Wiper from a mysterious antagonist into a fully contextualized warrior with generational stakes. Everything here directly sets the stage for the large-scale confrontations that are about to engulf Upper Yard.
