Those kids just staying their age while Henzo visibly withered into an old man? That was genuinely jarring for me to watch, and incredibly sad. I'm left wondering if this time-warping mist is going to have some lasting effects on everyone exposed, or if it's just a temporary nightmare.

Episode Context

Episode 140 is the second chapter of the filler Ruluka Island Arc, following Episode 139's introduction of the Rainbow Mist and the crew's arrival at Ruluka Island. It deepens the mystery of the mist and formally introduces the Pumpkin Pirates, setting up the emotional and narrative stakes for the arc's remaining episodes. As a filler arc, none of these events connect to the manga storyline, which resumes with the Jaya Arc afterward.
