When Zoro and Sanji finally teamed up for that joint attack on King and Queen, I was absolutely hyped! Seeing them combine forces like that with the new animation style felt so earned after all their bickering, and it really showed me how much they've grown.

Episode Context

Episode 1046 lands deep in the Wano Country arc's raid on Onigashima, following escalating threats in Episode 1045 as the Straw Hats scattered to confront the Beasts Pirates' strongest officers. This episode channels momentum into Zoro and Sanji's individual battlefronts, marking a critical transition point where the crew's heavy hitters commit fully to the fights that will shape Wano's liberation. It sets the foundation for the decisive confrontations ahead, each outcome rippling toward the arc's climax.
