Momonosuke screaming into the broadcast about Luffy really shifted the whole mood of the raid and he actually stood his ground against Kaido before Shinobu saved them

Episode Context

Episode 1037 arrives as a critical inflection point in the Wano war, following Episode 1036's setbacks that tested the alliance's resolve, this chapter flips the script and establishes the counteroffensive that will drive the coming stretch of battles. It functions as both a payoff for the trust built across dozens of earlier episodes and a launchpad for the escalating confrontations ahead. This is the kind of pivot episode that rewards long-time investment in the arc's ensemble cast.
