I thought the Scabbards actually had a chance but Kaido just brushed them off and then Kiku lost an arm which was totally brutal

Episode Context

This episode follows the Akazaya Nine's dramatic rooftop confrontation with Kaido, pulling the camera down to the Performance Floor where the war's ground-level brutality takes center stage. Queen's Ice Oni gambit introduces a new layer of crisis that compounds the already overwhelming odds the alliance faces inside Onigashima. The events here directly set up the next stretch of episodes focused on the crew's desperate race to neutralize the virus before it dismantles their forces from within.
