This is not made for non One Piece fans, to be precise this is not made for most One Piece fans either. It's specifically made for One Piece Fans who would appreciate a Spy X Family Style episode. It does puts into perspective what a diff style of One Piece would look like. Love it.

I have to admit that the animation struck me as a bit odd at first, since it departs somewhat from the traditional aesthetic we’re used to with One Piece. Even so, I find the style beautiful, standing out especially for its soft, delicate colors.
