Ogenki Clinic
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Tucked inside a Tokyo clinic dedicated entirely to solving patients' sexual problems, Dr. Sawaru Ogenki runs his practice with methods about as unconventional as you'd expect from a 1992 adult OVA. Each episode brings in a new patient with a unique intimate concern, and Dr. Ogenki along with his nurse Ruko Tatase handle everything with a mix of hands-on therapy and genuinely absurd humor. The comedy leans hard into the ridiculousness of the situations rather than playing anything straight, which makes it feel less sleazy and more like a raunchy sketch show set inside a medical office. The whole thing has a lighthearted, almost satirical energy — it's poking fun at how awkward people are about sexuality rather than just being gratuitous about it. Think of it as the erotic cousin of Comical Psychosomatic Medicine, if that show dropped the educational framing and leaned fully into adult content. If you've seen Futari Ecchi and wanted something shorter and more comedic, this three-episode OVA scratches a similar itch without the long-running commitment. It's dated by modern standards — this is early 90s animation — but the comedic tone holds up better than you might expect. Worth a watch if you're curious about older adult comedy anime and appreciate when hentai actually bothers to be funny alongside everything else.
