More questions than answers in this episode. It unfortunately fell into the 'difficult to follow' category, not having as much punch and direction as episode 3. Other than news coverage of the mass drowning, nothing particularly noteworthy happens.

Episode Context

Episode 4 marks a critical turning point at the one-third mark of the series, escalating from the murder mystery of Episode 3 into a mass-scale incident that redefines the scope of the conspiracy entirely.
