eliciting this level of visceral hatred from the audience is a testament to the series' exceptional character writing. portraying a middle schooler's destructive angst so authentically makes his eventual repentance incredibly cathartic.

im glad hiyori was there to anchor everything. it was so hard to watch yukine act like that, but seeing him finally go back to normal was a massive relief. they really need to stop showing hiyori naked tho

they seriously need to stop showing her naked bruh its getting too much. i have not hated a character this much in forever, but that just proves the character writing is insanely good. just glad this stupid kid finally repented at the end
