it is definitely a fun mix of action, comedy, and fantasy elements, but i am honestly a little sad that it still hasn't fully clicked with me. i am still waiting for that specific spark to get me completely hooked.

yato's staunch refusal to increase his prices defies all basic economic logic and functions purely as a running gag. the series manages to be an entertaining blend of action and comedy, but it continues to lack a compelling hook.

someone needs to teach yato how capitalism works because only charging five yen for everything is an absolutely terrible business model. the action is fun and the comedy hits, but i am somehow still not entirely hooked yet.
