Another simple mission and not much of a story. But this mission was crucial as it tackled their relationship in this journey to figure out each other's past. Pretty simple overall and not the most deep narrative, but perhaps some existential crisis and danger was necessary - that's exactly what we were provided with.

As the story progresses we learn more and more about the identities and pasts of the two main characters. This is one of the things I like about this anime. You are not just watching. You also find yourself wondering who their true enemy really is and whether in the end their perspectives of each other will change.
