It was a funny episode. Even though the series usually mixes emotional moments with deeper themes, this one felt especially funny because Chiaki kept changing his mind depending on who was talking, even when the message was basically the same. I think it was an important episode for developing characters like Masumi

Aww, what a lovely closing for Chiaki's and the members of S Orchestra graduation! We even get a more fun side of them show up after the main event. One thing I appreciate is how different Chiaki has become this far in the anime, so I'm hoping Nodame will get her turn soon.
