It is definitely a letdown when a series builds such a detailed world only to fumble the landing. The early writing set a high bar, but it clearly failed to stay consistent as it reached the finish line. All those sacrifices feel wasted when the payoff doesn't match the emotional weight the show tried to build. It’s frustrating to see a story with so much potential end on such a weak note instead of the epic conclusion it deserved.
