While it might have looked cool the first few times, seeing that mediocre animation constantly feels like it's just eating up valuable screen time. It breaks the momentum of the battle and feels like a shortcut to save on the budget rather than adding anything meaningful to the scene. By now, the audience knows how the equipment works, so a quicker transition would keep the energy much higher.
