Un episodio intenso en el cual el protagonismo se lo lleva totalmente el general ryumon en su confrontación con la comandante de sei. Tal como el título, este anime nos da una batalla psicológica entre Dragón y Tigre. Me parece muy bien logrado que este anime no solo recurra a estrategias de batalla físicas con enfrentamientos, sino también a la lucha psicológica. Un momento tenso con una animación magnífica.
