A setup episode of the Seii nation. A lot of tell not show. While the presentation is creative I'm not sure this is the best way to present massive change to a region for an anime. I believe i'd work well in manga. In terms of being a populist nation, the speech is inspiring. I'd appreciate it more if we explore the world through the main characters eye, not the narrator. Some soundtrack were awfully distracting and some scene doesnt serve much purpose, we don't have emotionally connection to the characters hence the audience feels nothing.
