Welcome back main character. As always the maneuver so far has always been "I am merely following the law hence I am right", the show wants you to believe the main character is incredibly smart by placing dumb people as his obstacle so far, i guess the only good thing so far is we do not know how smart taira denki is as the main villain. The story will make or break depending on how smart the main villain is in the end. A story about a smart main character will never be complete if the counterpart is always dumb.
