Coming off Episode 45, which kept the action contained to Burton's disrupted work at the hideout, Episode 46 shifts the spotlight to a different corner of the cast and expands the setting to Eagle City. This is the opening chapter of a two-part story, meaning its primary job is to establish stakes and introduce a compelling new element rather than resolve anything. Episode 47 picks up directly where this one leaves off, making these two entries best experienced as a single continuous story.
